Abstract

I work for state government and do not have the resources to pay for access to research. Access to Harvard research articles provides our office with information critical to informing our recommendations on state policies. It allows us to better understand the specific topics covered in your literature, as well as build the overall body of research that provides the basis for our decision-making. Information is power, and your policy of open-access empowers all of us regardless of ability to pay; the highest mission of true teachers.
